Melissa Destiny is the main protagonist of one of my Gundam fanfics, Ultra Fighter Mobile Combatant Hyper Fumina. She is a homage to Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill and the pilot of the titular mobile suit, the UF-01 Hyper Fumina, which she uses not only in her many battles with her arch-rival, Nadine Smith, but also as her primary means of transportation. Destiny's Appearance
Destiny's appearance is not described explicitly, but is described as sporting "messy yellow hair". Judging by the sprite in the infobox, it leaves little to the imagination.
Hyper Fumina's Appearance
Hyper Fumina is a humanoid mobile suit. Unlike most mobile suits, Hyper Fumina(and to an extent, Giga Gyanko) sports a rather human-like appearance. During the first half of the story, Hyper Fumina sports armor which resembles a maid's costume. In the eighth chapter(not counting the prologue), "Power Battle", Hyper Fumina absorbed an enormous amount of EX Energy. This not only increased its power, but altered its appearance, as well. The suit violently casts off parts its maid-like armor, and the remains of the mech's plating take on an angelic form, reminiscent of the Qubeley. Fumina now has a "secondary head unit" and a set of mechanical wings, collectively called the "Capture Unit", both of which resemble the Qubeley's head and binders, respectively, while further adding to its now seraphic appearance. This version of Hyper Fumina sported a pink and white color scheme at first, but Keith would later modify Hyper Fumina, giving it a predominantly red and yellow color scheme in the process, which is highly reminiscent of the second Qubeley Mk. II unit. To further increase the reference, Keith refers to Fumina as "Hyper Fumina Mk.II"
