Megascream
Megascream a fictional character from the Transformers series. He is an upgraded form of Starscream and is a combiner.

Comics
Starscream became Megascream in IDW Publishing's Transformers: Deviationsafter being upgraded by Unicron in exchange for agreeing to destroy the Matrix of Leadership; and thus gained larger and more powerful robot and jet modes, with the former featuring high-powered arm cannons. He then led his Seekers in an attack on the Autobots, seeking to destroy Ultra Magnus' shuttle to torture Optimus Prime before finishing him off. However, he then broke off his assault when Unicron consumed one of Cybertron's moons and left to confront him, only to anger the titan into attacking the planet itself. When Optimus subsequently arrived to stop him, Megascream demanded that he hand over the Matrix, and then combined with several of his minions when Optimus refused. Now equipped with greater weaponry that included eye beams, Megascream overwhelmed the Prime but was then thwarted by the arrival of Hot Rod, who teleported Optimus to safety before opening the Matrix, causing Unicron's destruction along with that of Megascream and himself.

Animated series
A similar Combiner on a grander scale was featured in Transformers: Combiner Wars, in which Starscream used the Enigma of Combination to make himself into "the Ultimate Combiner" by forcing Computron, Devastator, Menasor, and Victorion to merge with him. However, this new form proved to be too much for Starscream, and after a brief time as a glowing blue giant with the Combiners contained within its limbs and Starscream in its chest, it fell apart, with most of it becoming a formless cloud containing the various components of each Combiner.
