Career
Max founded The Walker&Williams Group which consists of Luxury House Share a residential property business that buys, renovates and then rents out house shares for young working professionals. From a standing start Laura and Max Walker-Williams have grown this business over the last decade to 234 rental units today. Embrace Care which provides support and care to children and young people with challenges. And Walker&Williams 1st class Aparthotels, a strong and growing luxury, 5* boutique hotel company. Walker&Williams opened No.10 Preston their first 5* Hotel in 2018, Winckley Square Hotel in 2019, The Hotel Chester in 202, with Ormskirk Court Hotel planned to open Christmas 2022 and Walker&Williams Chester opening Christmas 2023.[1]
Laura is the businesses interior designer and Max is responsible for the acquisition of the properties they acquire and the design and layout of said properties. The family also have other interests in commercial real estate, warehousing and cryptocurrency mining. Max also runs the Walker&Williams Youtube channel which follows a ‘day in the life’ and covers topics that interest Max. Max and Laura have three children, Max, Olivia and Maria Walker-Williams and live together in Liverpool, North West England.[2]
Max sources, acquires the properties and designs the apartment layouts while Laura is in charge of all interior design for the company.[1] Walker and Williams consist of:

- WW Developments - buys big beautiful buildings, renovates them into luxury homes, and then sells them.
- Walker&Williams Aparthotels - buys all sorts of different and amazing properties and renovates them into five-star Aparthotels, and then runs the hotels day-to-day.
Max and his team have grown the business from having nothing to over 200 housemates, luxury multi-million-pound developments for sale, and currently 6 five-star hotels (including those in development).
Personal Life
Max is married to Laura the company's interior designer and they have three kids together, Max (10), Olivia (8) and Maria (3). Max has an estimated net worth of £14 million.
