Max Walker-Williams is the founder and owner of the Walker&Williams group, which has luxury house Share which buys, renovates, and then rents out properties to young working professionals.
Career
Max founded Walker&William, a strong and growing company that was hand-built by Max and his wife Laura Walker-Williams alongside their amazing team. They opened two sites between 2017-2019 in Preston, the company acquired Ormskirk Magistrates Court from Homes England in late 2019 with renovation works commencing in 2020. Renovation work began in 2020 for Walker&Williams’ first site in Chester with planning being submitted for their substantial second site in Chester overlooking the finish line of the famous racecourse the same year.[1] Max sources, acquires the properties and designs the apartment layouts while Laura is in charge of all interior design for the company.[1] Walker and Williams consist of:
- Luxury House Share- this section buys, renovates, and then rents out properties to young working professionals.
- WW Developments - buys big beautiful buildings, renovates them into luxury homes, and then sells them.
- Walker&Williams Aparthotels - buys all sorts of different and amazing properties and renovates them into five-star Aparthotels, and then runs the hotels day-to-day.
Max and his team have grown the business from having nothing to over 200 housemates, luxury multi-million-pound developments for sale, and currently 6 five-star hotels (including those in development).[2]
Personal Life
Max is married to Laura the company's interior designer and they have three kids together.
