Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University is a public university of Uttar Pradesh, Bharat. It is an NAAC A++, 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certified University, situated in Bareilly district. It was spread across 206 hectares. There are over 500+ colleges of 9 districts of Uttar Pradesh are affiliated with this university.

History

This university was established in 1975 as Rohilkhand University, and was renamed as Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University in August 1997 in honour of social reformer Mahatma Jyotiba Phule.
