The MSUSAF-001 CombaDoll was the first mobile suit piloted by Anna Coleman, the main protagonist of MS 219 COMBADOLL -Downward Sky-. A MS developed by the Armed Forces, the CombaDoll was abandoned by the Ministry for unknown reasons, and discovered and piloted by Anna, serving as her primary means of defense against Stacey Smithson until its destruction at the latter's hands. Its remains are later use to upgrade Anna's new MS, the MSY-002 Lohengrin
