Lord Aydon is a fictional character in Mythic Legions series. He is a member of Xylona's Flock, an assembly of fighters who help protect the elements of nature that give life to the people of Mythoss.
Development
The Lord Aydon toy was funded by the second Mythic Legions Action Figures Kickstarter campaign in 2017. He was part of the standard assortment that was available for $45 by himself or as a $33 add-on for US backers. [1]
In June 2018 a picture of Lord Aydon in test packaging was posted online. Advent of Decay was expected to ship from the factory in July.[2]
The Advent of Decay test shots were sold online and shipped in August 2018.
The Advent of Decay figures were shipped in October 2018.
Reception
Fictional biography
An ancient Woodland Elf of the first age, Lord Aristaeus Aydon serves as the stern and wise advisor to Queen Artemyss Silverchord. When Artemyss was orphaned in her formative years, it was her uncle Aristaeus that stepped up to fulfill the role of surrogate parent. Although his disposition is icy and his teachings are strict, Lord Aydon’s love for Artemyss is revealed in the fiery manner in which he protects his queen and her beloved people.

- A 1:12 scale figure by Four Horsemen. This figure features a new head and uses many parts first used on other figures in the line, including the torso first used on the Elf Legion Builder. Comes with a sword, shield, bow and quiver.
