Joilson Junior de Melo, known as Joilson Melo, was born in the city of Cuiabá, state of Mato Grosso in Brazil, son of Itamar de Melo and Edenilce Pedrina Sampaio de Melo, came from a humble family, since he was little he stood out with his great IQ, always being number 1 in his class in both elementary and high school. At 9 years old he moved to the interior of his state with his family in search of a better life, his high level of intelligence always made it easy for me to gain knowledge in all areas. At 12 years old he got his first computer, months later he was already creating computer programs in languages: Delphi, C ++, JavaScript, Html, CSS, Mysql, PHP. At age 14 he started creating systems and websites to earn a few dollars with the Google AdSense program. [4]

Career

The collegiate, unanimously in the 70th Virtual Session, followed the vote of Minister Humberto Martins, national magistrate of Justice and rapporteur of the Request for Measures number: 0009265-89.2019.2.00.0000. With this request made by Joilson Melo, the minister ordered the Court of Justice of Mato Grosso (TJMT) to enable the petition by the citizen who holds the digital certificate within the scope of special civil courts and without the need to be assisted by a lawyer. Being considered a great achievement by Joilson Melo, recognized by large groups of lawyers and especially by organized civil society, today any citizen who is unable to pay a lawyer can file suits with the Brazilian judiciary without the need for a lawyer, bringing thus great benefits to the financially disadvantaged. His great knowledge already in the area of Law and his achievements in favor of the needy society, this incessant search to improve the Brazilian justice.[5]
