Biography

Johnflames was born on 1st April 1997 in the family of Edward Kukhuvilo and Judith Khaoma in Bungoma, Kenya. He grew up in Bungoma County, Webuye East constituency, Ndivisi Ward, Kenya.

Mr Kukhuvilo, is a Former secondary School teacher, a businessman and a farmer and his mother Judith is a trained Nurse and housekeeper. Johnflames comes from a family of 7 people; six males & one female and according to the order of childbirth, he is the second born.

Education

Johnflames completed his primary education at Silungai FYM primary school, Webuye East Constituency. He joined St. Francis High school Makemo for his secondary school education in Webuye East constituency, Bungoma. He did a Higher Diploma in music & production at Wema Music School in Nairobi, A Postgraduate Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Kitale national polytechnic at Trans nzoia county, he also holds a diploma in Computer Engineering & a higher Diploma in Journalism & Mass communication from Dominion Training Institute. Johnflames is also a professional trained Radio DeeJay & Video VeeJay from Dohty Sounds Entertainment.

Johnflames is a successful entrepreneur and digital marketer. He started his career by founding TechVibes, a Kenyan-based Technology review & digital marketing company, Nairobi, in 2018 as a Tech Blogger. After highschool studies, John flames worked as a backup artist in a Congolese Rhumba band & as a club Dj in Umoja & Buruburu Nairobi.

He later joined a Catholic college as an IT tutor and later ventured into blogging where he gained fame after winning BAKE (Bloggers Association of Kenya) Awards 2018. Johnflames also founded various Kenyan-based news portal blogs and websites,After gaining fame in Nairobi, He produced various Dancehall, Reggae songs and had biggest gigs around Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania & Dubai as a Dj. Johnflames worked with various tech companies in Nairobi including Techmoran, Techweez etc. In his media career, Johnflames has worked with Ghetto Radio in Nairobi, Kokwe Radio in Kapenguria, Radio Mambo in Bungoma & Switch TV Media in Nairobi. He worked as a Radio & Tv Host best known for his love for Reggae & Dancehall music with his deep supernatural sweet voice. Johnflames has also worked on various video production and he owns Wafalme Entertainment Media, a digital content production & Editing company based in Bungoma county, Kenya.
