His mission is to see a united and empowered globe where all the individuals, regardless of their caste, color, culture, gender, national origin, religion, and distinctive beliefs, have an equal right to obtain quality education and career opportunities. He emphasizes investing in Human Development and Empowerment. Empowerment through political freedom (a lottery or Jury-like system), educational options without any hindrance, and business opportunities through citizens' right to access to capital.

Dr. Jalil Ahmads was born on July 18, 1949, in Kanpur, a major industrial town of Uttar Pradesh, the northern state of India. He obtained his primary, secondary, and college education from India. Ahmads was a prominent soccer player while in college. He played soccer actively during his undergraduate degree.

Following his undergraduate degree, he attended Karachi University in Pakistan from 1969 to 1971, where he received his Master's Degree in chemistry. The following year, he started teaching physical chemistry as a lecturer to undergraduate students at Jinnah Degree College, Karachi, Pakistan.

In 1976, he went to the USA on a student visa with the aim to be an asset to his family. There, he did the research fellowship at the American University, Washington, DC, and pursued his Master's and Ph.D. degrees in electrochemistry. At the end of 1979, he received his Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the American University, Washington DC. Career

Dr. Jalil Ahmads is an advocate of empowerment and freedom. Therefore, in 1971, he served as a lecturer at Jinnah Degree College, located in Karachi, Pakistan. Afterward, he moved to Rawalpindi and was hired as a production engineer in the printed circuit board production department at Carrier Telephone Industries, a joint venture of Siemens and Pak T&T, Islamabad, Pakistan. Due to his outstanding performance, he was soon promoted to the assistant production manager of electronic components in the company. While serving this position, Ahmads realized that workers were not getting their due right. Hence, he became the chairman of the workers' union. He fought for their demands in every way possible. After serving for a significant time as a chairman, he moved to the USA in 1976 to advance his experience. As a research fellow, he got a fixed monthly allowance from the US Government and hence was financially independent to finance his education and other expenses. After completing his Masters and Ph.D. degrees, he worked as an electrochemical engineer in Energy Research Corporation. Later, he joined another company EIC Lab as a marketing director in Norwood, Massachusetts. However, he then moved to Phoenix, Arizona due to his family needs. Since there was no Research and Development Lab in Phoenix at that time, he decided to start looking for other opportunities. During his research, he found out that construction is a booming business in Phoenix but he neither had a construction contractor license nor any construction experience to start a construction business. He decided to gain construction knowledge and experience by building his own home and therefore he built a 5000 sq. ft single-family home with a basement. The basement was not a common feature in Phoenix at that time but he needed to use it as his business office and to take care of three small children. The house was constructed with steel studs and not wood. He did not know if there were any other residential houses that were built with steel in Phoenix at that time. This was a unique experience, he had gained significant knowledge of construction by the time the house construction was completed. To start a construction business, he was still lacking a construction contractor license. To overcome this hurdle, he decided to obtain construction contracts from the US Government because there were no licenses required to win the US Government Construction Contracts. He found out about the licensing requirement when he was working as a marketing Director at EIC Lab and interacting with the Government contracting officers in research and development areas. He was awarded his first government contract for a project in Galveston, Texas in 1989. He then continued bidding and winning US Government projects. By 1996, he had gained enough experience in defense construction projects. His business ran well. However, his urge to serve society was still there. Therefore he decided to run for the US Senate election in Illinois. Though he had no prior experience in elections and politics, Ahmads still managed to learn the basics of the electoral system. With his efforts and dedication, he became a candidate, contested the election, and was ranked third among six participants. Soon after, Ahmads suffered a great loss in his business due to his divided attention after becoming a politician. It was a huge setback in his life. Therefore, he dropped the idea of being a politician and became a private contractor in Arizona. He felt his prime responsibility was to take care of his family members. He and his wife worked hard to raise four children and when his children completed their education, became professionals, and were financially independent, he decided to carry out his vision of fairness and empowerment through political freedom, excellence in education, and citizens’ right to access to capital. Believing and realizing that most of the major problems in the world are global problems and these global problems can not be solved by national regulations. It requires global regulations. Therefore, he proposed that countries of the world should form a union i.e. United States of Globe (U.S.G) such as the U.S.A. a union of 50 states, and the European Union formed by 28 countries. U.S.G should also be managed and governed by the elected representatives of global political parties. In order to do so, he took the first step in this direction, he established a “Global Political Party for Self-Empowerment” and he expected more global political parties should be formed by others. So that elected office bearers should represent all the people of the globe rather than a few selected people of the globe. He believed that politics will also be eventually globalized like the economy, human interactions, communication, etc. He believed that for democracy to flourish and build the confidence of the general public, elections must be fair, unbias, and uncontrolled. Public polls show that a very high percentage of voters all over the world want to see term limits for their elected representatives and the substantial reduction of the role of money in the elections. That is the reason, his global political party for self-empowerment will adopt a lottery or jury-like system. This will provide an equal opportunity to all its members to serve by putting their names for the party nomination in the lottery. The person who will be picked up by the lottery will become the candidate of the party. This way there will be no money involved in the candidate nomination. This lottery-picked nominee will go through a rigorous selection training program to be a very effective candidate against other parties candidates. If elected, there is almost no chance for the same person to win the lottery again (2nd term) and therefore will serve only for one term. He has put the emphasis on attaining a fair election system, 21st-century quality education, and opting for better career opportunities for today's young generation through citizens’ right to access to capital so that they can utilize their capabilities to the fullest and bring about prosperity and financial security.
