Mrs Irade Panos (born February 1978) is a Turkish[1] Inci Gymnastics Founder and Head Coach, living in Istanbul, Turkey.[2][3]

Early life

In 1984, she started rhythmic gymnastics at the Baku Gymnastics Olympic Reserve School and has been the runner-up several times at the Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships of the Republic of Azerbaijan.[4]

Irade Panos, a former athlete of the Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team, worked as a coach[5] at the Baku Gymnastics Olympic Reserve School between 1995 and 2006. Since 2001, she worked as the Head Coach of the school.[6]

Professional career

She took part in such major competitions as the CIS Championship and the World Championship in 1993. She won the title of Master of Rhythmic Gymnastics of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2004, she was awarded the title of Judge in Rhythmic Gymnastics of the Republican category. While working at the school, she trained athletes who won the Azerbaijan Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships and took part in the European Championships.

In 2005, she awarded the first degree of coach-teacher certification by Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Since 2006, she has worked as a Rhythmic Gymnastics coach in many clubs in Turkey. While working in Turkey, she trained successful athletes who participated in the Turkish National Team, Black Sea Games and Balkan Championships.[1]

Irade Panos, who is a Turkish Gymnastics Federation 2nd Level Rhythmic Gymnastics coach and Turkish Gymnastics Federation Rhythmic Gymnastics Judge, is also a United Kingdom 3rd Level Rhythmic Gymnastics coach.[7]
