Hot Flame vs. Screamer
Hot Flame vs. Screamer is a pair of fictional characters made by TFC Toys in 2010 as a third-party Transformers. They are homages to the Generation 1 Transformers characters Hot Rod and Starscream and Transformers Targetmaster sub-line.

TFC Toys
Hot Flame and Screamer are Targetroids, similar to a Transformers Targetmaster, but larger.
Other original third-party Targetmasters include FansProject Blesser.
Other third-party Transformers inspired by Starscream include iGear's Traitor and Mastermind Creations Screecher.
Development
Prototype images of the Targetroids were posted to the TFClub web site in November 2010.[1]
Promotional photos of Hot Flame depict him being used by Rodimus, while Screamer is used by Jetfire, Megatron and Starscream.
The Battle Rollar, Shadow Rollar, Gear of War, Primars, Targetroids, Hercules combiner and Iron Army were among the past items made by TFC Toys spotlighted at the TFcon 2012 Third Party Panel.[2]
Reception
The WTF@TFW podcast for August 5th, 2010 selected pictures of the Targetroid prototypes as one of the New Picture Picks.[3]
The WTF@TFW podcast for January 6th, 2011 selected pictures of the Targetroid prototypes as one of the New Picture Picks.[4]
In the moonbase2 podcast for January 9th, 2011 Dave said he didn't see the point of the Targetroid toys.[5]
