Hossein Esmaeilzadeh ( Born 30 June 1991 Shahrekord ) is an Iranian canoeist.

Personal Life

He is originally Lor Bakhtiari. At a young age, due to his father's interest in swimming, he got acquainted with water and pool and became interested in this sport. Along with studies, there was always a professional sport in his daily life schedule. At first he became interested in taekwondo. But after a few months of activity, he gradually lost his interest and Dike was not attractive to him and he mostly went to group and team sports, which coincided with the time of studying at school. He chose handball and I played professionally. In these years, swimming and communication with the pool was always maintained. It was at the beginning of high school that he got acquainted with rowing and started his activity in this field as an amateur, and due to the great attraction that water courses had for him, he was able to progress very quickly and step on the path of becoming a professional.

He chose the field of calm water kayaking and training continued in this field along with his studies, but due to the decrease in the water flow of the Zayandeh Rood Dike River, he had no place to practice, and for this reason, he gradually became interested in related fields in rough waters. and started working in the field of rafting.

Career

He has been a member of the national white water rafting team for about 10 years and during this time he was able to win numerous championships at the national level as an athlete and at the international level as a coach of women under 19 years old. In 2013, he experienced the first overseas deployment and was sent to the World Championship in New Zealand, and then he was sent to the World Championship and the European Cup in Italy 3 times in 2017, 2018, 2022. He also participated in the World Championships in Turkey in 2018 and was able to raise the level of rafting in the country and make many people interested in the championship aspect of this sport.
