Early Life and Education
Dr. Hemant Jaisingh completed his schooling from SHPS & SHIVEDALE SCHOOL, HARIDWAR. During his schooling he received Motivational letter from Ex President of India Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Ji for poem on “Sentiments of KITE” in an English language. After completion of 12th Class, he qualified UTTARAKHAND COMMON PRE MEDICAL TEST in 2007. But failing to getting good rank he opted to pursue Bachelor of Pharmacy from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar after qualifying UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE EXAMINATION where he achieved the prestigious recognition of being a three-times University Topper certificate after scoring first rank in University in 2009,2010 & 2011. Following his graduation, he underwent Medical Internship & received Specialization certificate as a Consultant Pharmaceutical Care Specialist (CPCS) in Rheumatology & Pediatrics from the Clinical Pharmacy Council. Dr. Jaisingh furthered his academic pursuits by obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Pediatric Nutrition from IGNOU, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research from Pharma Research Institute. Additionally, he completed CMS & ED ALLOPATHY through Dist. Edu from the National Institute of Medical Science, Delhi, and pursued a Marma Chikitsa Course from Mrityunjaya Mission, Haridwar. After completion of Graduation, side by side he started preparation of CIVIL SERVICES. During the journey of IAS PREPARATION, He has appeared in IFoS MAINS Examination in 2013 & UKPCS MAINS 2023 After qualifying UTTARAKHAND UPPER PCS PRELIMS in 2022.
