Heat Seeker is a heroic Guardian GoBot who turns into a jet.
Abilities
Heat Seeker cybernetic alien called a GoBot. He has numerous abilities due to his mechanical body. He is superhumanly strong and tough. He can fly and project energy blasts. He can heal rapidly by taking in energy. He can change into a F-16 Falcon.
Animated series
Heat Seeker first appeared in Challenge of the GoBots episode #15, "Sentinel". Blaster and Heat Seeker used to Astro-Beam to go to earth Earth in order to help the Guardians combat the robot Sentinel. When Sentinel proved to powerful Scooter had Zeemon Astro-Beam the Power Suits directly on to Leader-1, Turbo, Blaster and Heat Seeker and send the Power Ship so they could form Courageous.
In episode #22, "Invasion From the 21st Level Part II", Matt Hunter and AJ used the Astro-Beam to summon him to Earth and help battle Exor's Insectoids.
In episode #28, "Auto-Matic", Heat Seeker has a brief cameo when Scooter calls GoBotron to ask for the Power Suits to help battle Puzzler. Although Heat Seeker appears on a communications screen, he identifies himself as Path Finder, and has Path Finder's voice.
In episode #37, "The Gobot Who Cried Renegade", Heat Seeker, Rest-Q, Spay-C and Zeemon were on the the GoBot Spa Moon when a Renegade attack false alarm was sounded.
In episode #48, "Escape from Elba", Heat Seeker and Turbo deliver the captured Renegade leader Cy-Kill to the prison planet Elba.
In episode #49, "Fitor to the Finish", Zeemon who took custody of the captured Renegade Fitor on GoBotron. Aiding Zeemon with the prisoner were the Guardian troopers Blaster, Dive-Dive, Heat Seeker, Night Ranger and Staks.
In episode #50, "Clutch of Doom", Heat Seeker, Scorp and Small Foot were in the crowd on GoBotron when Cy-Kill declared himself supreme overlord.
In episode #61, "Et, Tu, Cy-Kill", Heat Seeker was seen as a member of the Guardian Council during a flashback.
Comics
Fun Publications
Heat Seeker was mentioned in a story from the Ask Vector Prime Facebook posts by Fun Publications. In Gargent 087.0 Kappa, Royal-T, Hans-Cuff, Ace, Wrong Way, Good Knight, Bolt, and Heat Seeker, joined Turbo in battle against Optimums Prime and his team of Spy Changers, mistakenly assuming them to be Renegades. The Spy Changers were outnumbered until they were suddenly aided by the real Renegades: Cy-Kill's elite lieutenants, Cop-Tur, Crasher, Fitor, Tank, and Geeper-Creeper. The Guardians were driven off but not before capturing Silverstreak.[1]
