Cy-Kill: The Robo Rebels watched in horror as the moon simply... ceased to be. They wondered for a moment if all of the Guardians and Rengades were really destroyed... and then Super Couper pointed and exclaimed, "look!" Sure enough, from the heart of the explosion came the battered remains of the Thruster and Command Center fleet.

Bent Wing wasted no time in asserting command. While she knew that Leader-1 and I would immediately conduct a frontal assault, she also knew that we were battered from our battle, and that the Master Renegade had been given plenty of time to fortify GoBotron against external assault. She vowed to disable the Gravity Collapsar Ray from within while the bulk of the Guardians and Renegades assaulted from without. Raizor pointed out that none of them had the expertise to sabotage a sophisticated piece of technology like the GCR, but Super Couper pointed out the obvious solution... rescue Tail Pipe.

As the remains of the Guardian and Renegade fleet came into contact with GoBotron's formidable defenses, they made their way back to Bladez's mecha-mansion. While Klaws and Pincher were watching the light show, they slipped past them and entered the Master Renegade's lair, slipping past the savage Dactyl, his newest creation, to do so. They made their way all the way to the Master Renegade's command chamber, where he was furiously directing the battle, flanked by Bladez and Creepy. Raizor charged forward and tackled Creepy, and Bent Wing blasted Bladez and then converted and led the furious Monster GoBot away. Major Mo fired a shot at the Master Renegade, who ducked behind cover. Super Couper freed his diminutive classmate, who remarked on how glad he was to see a friendly face.

Meanwhile, without the Master Renegade to direct things, our fleets broke through the defenses. Leader-1 and I blasted the disloyal Scorp and Hornet aside like so much garbage. The bestial Dactyl stood in front of the mansion's front gate, roaring, so I ordered Fitor to fire a burst from my Thruster directly on Bladez's mecha-mansion. He blew a hole right in the roof, allowing us to bypass the creature. "After you," I quipped to my temporary ally. No reason for me to absorb any damage that could be taken by a Guardian.

We arrived to find a scene of chaos, with the Robo Rebels having pinned down the Master Renegade and his allies. Leader-1 blasted Creepy, who had been struggling with Raizor. I shot Bladez in the back as he attempted to catch Bent Wing. Leader-1 picked up the Master Renegade and declared "it's over," but he hadn't counted on me. The controls to the Gravity Collapsar Ray were right there, Earth was firmly affixed in its sights, and I saw no reason not to end that miserable planet once and for all. Leader-1 practically begged me, "no, Cy-Kill, please, the Guardians will do anything you ask, just don't fire that weapon!" I just chuckled. "Of course you will, for after Earth there's a whole galaxy full of innocent planets--or should I say, hostages."

I pulled the trigger... and the control mechanism exploded in my face, damaging me severely. Tail Pipe had completed his sabotage. At this point Vamp showed up, assessed the situation, and ordered the Monster GoBots to get me back to the Thrusters so we could retreat. They had seen how foolish their temporary defection was, and had no desire to compound the error with misguided loyalty to one so ignominiously defeated. The Master Renegade, Bladez, and Creepy had already made themselves scarce in the face of a Guardian victory.

Shortly thereafter, with Zeemon repaired, Major Mo looked on with pride as the four newest graduates of the Guardian Academy were inducted into the force. He asked them if they had decided on a name yet. They all looked at each other and, in unison, declared "Robo Rebels." The nickname that Major Mo had given them ironically was now a badge of honor. Leader-1 chuckled and asked what exactly they were rebelling against. Raizor and Bent Wing looked at each other and smirked. "Whaddya got?" Everyone laughed as the four Robo Rebels linked hands.

Disgusting.
