Global Passport Index is an online platform to provide a global passport ranking for people looking to invest in other countries.[1] It was launched in 2021 by Patricia Casaburi's citizenship planning consultancy firm, Global Citizen Solutions.

History and overview

Global Passport Index was launched in 2021 by Patricia Casaburi's citizenship planning consultancy firm, Global Citizen Solutions. It is an online platform to provide a global passport ranking for people looking to invest in other countries.[2] It is a free platform designed as a quantitative tool offering individuals a comprehensive overview of mobility and country attractiveness across three standalone indexes: Enhanced Mobility Index, Investment Index, and Quality of Living Index.[3] Each index enables users to filter results for individual country rankings.[1]

Global Citizen Solutions developed its own version of the Global Passport Index, devising a new methodology to measure the overall attractiveness of each country for relocation, investment, or dual citizenship purposes.[4][5]

2022 Global Passport Index

As of 2022 Global Passport Index, a Singapore passport ranks at position first.[6][7] Qatar as a 2022 FIFA World Cup host, moved up in the top ten.[8]

List for top ten countries in three indexes; Mobility Ranking, Investment Ranking, Quality of Life Ranking, is given below.[9]
