Francois Michelon
Francois Michelon is a healthcare technology professional[1] who currently serves as the CEO and Board Chairman of ENDRA Life Sciences (Nasdaq: NDRA), a company focused on the early detection of Liver diseases with the aid of Thermo Acoustic Enhanced Ultrasound (TAEU) technology.[2]
Early Life and Education
Michelon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Economics at the University of Chicago. Afterwards, he went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Michelon also obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt in Business Process Improvement.[3]
Career
Between 1997 and 2004, Michelon started his career by taking on global marketing, e-business, and six sigma roles at GE Health (NYSE: GE), a provider of medical technologies to aid the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of health challenges.[4]
Michelon is the current CEO and Board Chairman of ENDRA Life Sciences, a position that he took on in 2015.[5][6] Additionally, he has worked at other companies such as Smith and Nephew Advanced Surgical Devices and Biomet 3i, before he joined ENDRA Life Sciences.[7][8]
Recognition
In a press release by PT Community, Michelon’s ENDRA Life Sciences was listed as one of the top health tech companies fighting breast cancer in 2020 with the use of modern healthcare technology.[9]
