F-15 Eagle is a fictional character made by TFC Toys as a third party Transformer. He is an homage to the Generation 1 Transformer Air Raid.

TFC Toys

F-15 Eagle is an homage to Generation 1 Air Raid. He has the same alternate mode and color scheme as Air Raid.

He combines with the other members of his team for form Uranos, where he becomes the left leg.

According to his tech specs F-15 Eagle is incredibly smart and skilled. He is also very fast and has impressive firepower. He is reasonable brave but isn't that strong or tough.

Development

In June 2012 TFC Toys posted prototype pictures of F-4 Phantom and F-15 Eagle on their Weibo page.[1]

Prototype images of F-15 Eagle were displayed at the third party panel at TFcon 2012[2]

In October 2012 color toy pictures of F-15 Eagle were posted to Weibo.[3]

A promotional photo of F-15 Eagle displayed them as a combiner with two F-4 Phantom arms, two F-15 Eagle legs, and Dr. Crank and Heavy Labor as the body.

Reception

The Radio Free Cybertron podcast for June 28th, 2012 discussed F-15 Eagle as part of the Third Party Roundup.[4]

The WTF@TFW podcast for August 2nd, 2012 selected pictures of TFC Toys F-4 Phantom and F-15 Eagle as New Picture Picks.[5]

The Radio Free Cybertron podcast for November 28th, 2012 discussed F-15 Eagle as part of their Third Party Roundup.[6]

In the WTF@TFW podcast for December 7th, 2012 Gogdog selected the combined form of Uranos as one of the New Picture Picks.[7]

  • TFC Toys Uranos F-15 Eagle (2012)
An original third party Transformer mold by TFC Toys. Turns from robot to jet or becomes a leg. He usually becomes the left leg of Uranos, but can become any leg on Uranos or Hercules.
Comes with two missiles, Uranos foot, instructions, poster and collector card.
