Ella Madatyan was born on July 4, 1984, in Yerevan, Armenia. She is the CEO Of Papillon Bakery. She is 37 years old and hopes to launch it on her 40th birthday. [1]

Background

Ella was born in Armenia and moved to America when she was 4. Starting with nothing, she saw her father open business after business. Ella started working for him and grew a massive interest in how each business was being run. She went to school for Marketing, but halfway through, her father asked her to step in on one of his businesses, the bakery she currently owns. Then she got married, had three kids, and then went through a very public divorce. She is raising her three kids now and running the five bakeries.

Accomplishments

Ella has been in business since 2008 and has been on Fox News and KTLA 5 a few times (on Burrous Bites). Ella took on one failing bakery and turned it into five. She took traditional Armenian food and gave each product a modern twist. Thanks to Instagram, Ella managed to share posts of all the new cravings, and it was a hit. She had so many people trying her food and many celebrities posting it, including Kim Kardashian. She has also been awarded a certificate of recognition by Assemblyman Adrin Nazarian (46th division). Her goal is to have two more bakeries opened by next year.
