Dr. Crank is a fictional character made by TFClub in 2011 as a third party Transformer. He is an homage to the Transformers Constructicon Hook. Reprolabels released a label set that makes Dr. Crank look more like Generation 1 Hook.

Transformers

Dr. Crank is a third party Transformer and an homage to the Constructicon Hook. He combines with the other toys in his line to form Hercules, an homage to Devastator. He was the fourth member of the set released.[1]

Project Deva's first prototypes of Exgraver and Dr. Crank were displayed in December 2010.[2]

Dr. Crank in exceptionally intelligent and skilled, as very strong. He has below average speed and firepower. He is the second highest ranking Hercules team member.

Dr. Crank was previewed at the Third Party Panel at TFcon 2011.[3]

Dr. Crank is not the only third party Transformer homage to Hook, there is also Maketoys Mobile Crane.
