In 2013 Rear Admiral Diane Webber, of the United States Navy, was appointed its chief cyber-security official.

Education

Webber has Masters degrees from the University of Redlands (California) and the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff College. She earned Information Technology certificates from the Information Resource Management College at Defense University and from the Naval Postgraduate School.
