Rear Admiral Mark Howard Buzby (born October 6, 1956)[1] is an officer in the United States Navy.[2][3][4] On October 16, 2009 Buzby was appointed the Commander of the Military Sealift Command, replacing RADM Robert D. Reilly Jr.
