Kumar Pereira (born 1949) is an Australian design teacher and television cooking contestant. He appeared in MasterChef Australia.[1]
His interest in food arose when he moved to London to study graphic design, and then to Hong Kong, where he stayed for nearly two decades and met his wife. [1] He is the first person of Sri Lankan descent to contest MasterChef Australia.
