The Dark Tyrant is a fictional weapon and third party Transformer homage to the Dark Star Saber created by Dr. Wu in 2013.

The Dark Tyrant is a third party Transformer sword accessory made by Dr. Wu. It was released in several colors.
Development
Dr. Wu first posted concept images of the Dark Tyrant on his Weibo page in April 2013.[1]
The black version of the Dark Tyrant was released in July 2013.
Reception
The moonbase2 podcast for April 24th, 2013 covered the DW-TP09 in the news.[2]
