Cyclops is a fictional character made by Mastermind Creations as a third party Transformer. He is an homage to the 1985 Transformers Decepticon Shockwave character as he appeared in the Transformers: Hearts of Steel comic book series.

Cyclops is based on Shockwave for the Transformers: Hearts of Steel comic book series.

Cyclops was mentioned in the biography of Knight Morpher Annhilator.

Cyclops was first teased in January 2011.

An April Fools image of a Cyclops toy was released by Mastermind Creations in 2011. This picture depicted Cyclops as a remold of Mastermind Creations Commander.
