Charles Trangott Noecker

Charles Trangott Noecker was a doctor in 19th century Waterloo, Ontatio, his home town.[1][2][3] He studied medicine at the University of Toronto, and spent a further year studying in Vienna.
Noecker was one of the first doctors in the region, and is recognized as the region's first medical specialist, specializing in ear, nose and throat.[1][2][3]
