Castle Placement is an American boutique investment bank and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Founded in 2009, it raises equity and debt capital for private companies[1] in the range of $5million to $1billion through various products related to private placement, portfolio management, capital raising, financial planning, wealth management, investment banking, and advisory services. [2]

Castle Placement services include four primary products/services: CPGO Prime, CPGO Plus, CPGO Network and CPGO I-Bank. The products utilize a proprietary data-driven CRM technology platform which, with the help of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, matches targeted investors with companies that intend to raise capital.[3][4]

Castle Placement has 64,500 investors, including institutional and private equity investors, venture capital and strategic investors, family offices, pension funds, etc. and approximately 322,668 companies from all industries registered on its database.[5][6]
