Bugsie is a fictional character from the GoBots series introduced in 1986. He is a member of the Renegades who transforms into a monster vehicle.

GoBots

Animated series

Bugsie was introduced to Earth by Cy-Kill in a commercial for new Monster GoBots alongside Bladez and Klaws.[1]

Bugsie appeared in a flashback in the Challenge of the GoBots episode 64 "Et Tu, Cy-Kill". Along with Zero and Klaws, Bugsie helped successfully defend the Renegades' base on Xeros against a Guardian attack led by High Protector Cy-Kill.

Bugsie appeared in GoBots: Battle of the Rock Lords as one of Cy-Kill's troops, although he is called Klaws in the dialog and credits of this film.

Echoverse

Bugsie was featured in the 2016 Ask Vector Prime story Echoes and Fragments, set during the events of The Transformers: The Movie. The manipulations of the evil Gong and Sideways resulted in various GoBots, Rock Lords and Starriors swapping places with characters during the events of that film. He was one of the monster GoBots on the planet Antares III, taking the place of the Quintessons and Sharkticons of Quintessa in the story.[2]

Rhetoricverse

Bugsie appeared in the Transformers: Renegade Rhetoric episode 4 story "Countdown to Annihilation", where he worked for the Master Renegade.[3]

Bugsie appeared in the episode 10 story "The Show Must Go On". He played the Pirate King in the Renegade production of The Pirates of Penzance.[4]
