Template:Person Benjamin Wittes is an American legal scholar who has focussed his studies on security and counter-terrorism studies.[1] Wittes is a fellow at the Location::Brookings Institute. He has published several scholarly analyses of the population of captives at the Guantanamo Bay detention camps. He has been a frequent contributor at the Lawfare site.
