Beaconhouse National University (BNU), established in 2003, is Pakistan’s first not-for-profit Liberal Arts University. Located in Lahore, Punjab, BNU offers a diverse range of undergraduate and graduate programs across various fields. It emphasizes holistic learning, critical thinking, and creativity. BNU houses schools such as the Mariam Dawood School of Visual Arts & Design (MDSVAD), the Razia Hassan School of Architecture (SA), the Seeta Majeed School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (SLASS-DLA), the School of Media and Mass Communication (SMC-JOR and SMC-TFT), the School of Computer & Information Technology (SCIT), and the School of Management Sciences (SMS-ECO). Notable achievements include scholarships worth Rs. 1.1 billion, a faculty of 103 permanent and 55 visiting members, and a campus spanning over 32+ acres. So far, 5930 students have graduated from BNU, which offers a total of 38 graduate, undergraduate, and doctoral programs.
