Babai Sen

Babai Sen (Bengali. বাবাই সন, born 29th of April, 1990) is an Indian film director. Babai has directed six Short films which are taking a round in international film festivals worldwide, Astra the Weapon (2017), Brutta (2019), Chup (2019), and more. He also made one webseries Bokashoda (2019) and all have been commercial and critical successes in known Apps. Most have won several awards, and have often been regarded by the media and audiences as some Of the most path-breaking works behind the camera. He is the founder of Pehechaan production House. He worked with Zee Music, T Series, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Music Series, Amazon Prime and more. "Tum Aye To Aya Mujhe Peyar Rimix" and "Main Tumse Milne Fir Ayunga" music videos are also directing by Babai. Babai Sen, the son of Mr Anjan Sen who has his own business & Ms Minu Sen who is a housewife was born on 29th of April, 1990 at Howrah, Maidan, West Bengal. Now Babai is a happy married person, his wife Ms Susmita Sen is a housewife. He did his education from a West Bengal board school named Howrah Vivekananda Vidyapeeth and did his graduation degree from IHM, Bangalore. After his degree his father wanted him to join their family business but he intrigued towards his passion and love for other domains which he decided to struggle and strengthen and build. His dream castle was hard to build but it happened after few years of. struggle He wrote a book on Yoga named, ‘ Yog Kathy ‘ which was published by IGNY and won the National Gold Medal as a Yoga Artist in the year, 2000. He was also invited for an International presentation at Hongkong in the year, 2009 as a Yoga Artist. Thereafter, he did his debut as a creative director in a Marathi movie and his introduction to the entertainment industry started with a bang. Little did he know that he was gradually heading to his dream castle which had dreamt of for years. He then worked as the creative director for 5-6 films in Tollywood where he learnt about all itty gritty details of everything that happens behind the camera. After some experience he ventured into making his own projects as a Director. currently working on Originals and Web Series with the box artists that are supposed to release by end of 2020, the channels are Zee5 Premier, Zee Bangla Cinema, HoiChoi, Mx Player, Jio and more. He is one of the most future sighted directors there is in the Tollywood industry now. He works in Bollywood also. He always presented fascinating facts and always surprised the audience with his original and thought-provoking ideas.
