Ba Wang Long is a third party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Grimlock. He combines with his team members to form Shura King.
The name Ba Wang Long is Chinese for Tyrannosaurus Rex. It can also be interperted as "the king dragon".
Other third party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Grimlock include Keith's Fantasy Club King Rex.
Development
Renders of the TFC Toys dinosaur combiner toys were posted to ACToys message board in June 2011.[1]
Prototype images of the Star Rescue teams posted to the ACToys message board in September 2011.[2]
Additional prototype images were posted in October 2011.[3][4]
Color toy images were posted online in November 2011.[5]
The Star Rescue Team dinosaur combiner was released in May 2014.

The Good Morning, Cybertron! podcast for December 26th, 2011 discussed prototype images of the TFC Toys dinosaur combiner in the news. The hosts said it looked sweet and beautiful. They compared it design to that to a Meagzord and hoped it would come out in a hurry.[7]
The WTF@TFW podcast for September 20th, 2012 selected concept art of the TFC dinosaur and rescue combiners in Generation 1 Dinobot and Defensor colors as one of the New Picture Picks.[8]
The Shattered Cast Uncut podcast for April 18th, 2014 discussed the Armageddon Add-On Kit in the news. The hosts disliked it.[9]
The Good Morning, Cybertron! podcast for June 9th, 2014 discussed prototype images of the TFC Toys dinosaur combiner in the news. The host said he had ordered the set and planned to review it.[10]

- An original third party Transformer mold designed by TFC Toys. Turns from humanoid robot to robotic Tyrannosaurus Rex. Also becomes the torso of Shura King. Comes with a tail/shield, three Infinity Warfare style accessories and instructions.
