Early Life and Education
Adetola Nola pursued his education in Chemical Engineering at the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife, Osun State. Additionally, he holds a certification in Managerial Finance and Management Techniques from the London School of Business and Finance. Currently, Nola is enrolled in an MBA program at the Metropolitan School of Business and Management in London. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his participation in various training sessions and seminars both locally and internationally.
Career and Achievements
Nola began his professional journey in the PPNP department of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in Ibadan, where he worked for a year. Despite being an intern, he managed a department and gained valuable insights into the power of networking. Following his stint at NNPC, he ventured into the fashion business in Lagos, leveraging his design skills to start a successful enterprise.
His foray into the real estate industry was catalyzed by a meeting with Hakeem Bakare, a real estate marketer in Lagos, during his fashion business endeavors. Recognizing Nola's sales acumen, Bakare invited him to join his real estate team. Nola's success in selling real estate was rapid, earning him the 'Best Sales Team' award at the company and an all-expense-paid trip to Dubai.
In Dubai, Nola seized the opportunity to network further, connecting with a property owner in Lagos. Armed with newfound knowledge and contacts in the real estate sector, he initiated successful projects for various companies before establishing Veritasi Homes Limited in April 2017.

Nola strives to foster a corporate culture at Veritasi Homes that emphasizes mutual respect and education. Serving as a role model, he promotes a workplace where every team member, regardless of their position, is treated with respect. To nurture leadership qualities, the company has instituted a book club, ensuring continuous learning and development among the staff. Nola emphasizes the importance of a positive attitude, preferring to employ individuals with both skills and a positive demeanor.
Recognition
In 2019, Adetola Nola's achievements in entrepreneurship led to his inclusion in the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 (business list). Additionally, he received an honorary doctorate degree from the European American University, Dominican Republic, and serves as an ECOWAS ambassador.
