Early life

A Z M Mainul Islam was born on 31st December 1984 in Chandpur, the home of Hilsa. His ancestral home is Chandpur. His father Md Nurul Islam was a government employee and his mother Manwara Begum was a housewife. He is the first among three sons. His two younger brothers are A Z M Mahfuzul Islam (Shimul) and A Z M Majidul Islam (Shakil).

His father named him “A Z M Mainul Islam”. His mother named him "Palash". But he is better known as Palash (nickname). From childhood, he had a compassionate nature towards people.

Education & Career

A Z M Mainul Islam has done his graduation from the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism of Rajshahi University. Currently, he is the Editor of “Crime Protidin” newspaper; Publisher of “Crime Protidin Publications”; "Oporad Mukto Bangladesh Chai (Omubaca);" serving as the Chairman of the organization.
