911 Restoration is an American home damage restoration company headquartered in Van Nuys, California.[1] [2] It provides water damage restoration, mold removal, sewage cleanup, fire damage restoration, and smoke cleanup services to residential and commercial property owners.[3] [4] The company uses licensed, insured, bonded, and certified technicians to provide its services in the U.S. and Canada.[4]

History

911 Restoration was founded by army veterans Idan Shpizear and Peleg Lindenberg.[3] [5] They moved to the U.S. in 1999 and began working as carpet cleaners at the Los Angeles-based AB Carpet Cleaning in 2001.[3] [5] It was only in 2002 that they bought the company from their boss and rebranded it as 911 Restoration.[3] [5]

In 2008, the company expanded further and introduced the 911 Restoration Franchise.[5] It had 60 franchise locations including two in Canada by 2015.[5] It offers thorough guidance and online marketing support to help every franchisee grow their business.[3][6]

Achievements

911 Restoration ranked 14th in the 2018 List of Franchisers by Business Journal.[7] In 2019, it was featured in Fast & Serious, a list of the fastest-growing brands by Franchise Times.[3]
