Elaine Shiu Yin Ning is a serial entrepreneur in fashion jewellery, tourism, and innovative technology, including pet technology and WEB3.0.
She was also the award-winning jewellery designer of the Blending Soul Fashion Jewellery in 2009. [1]
Education
Elaine obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing and Finance from The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong in 2015.
She got Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management also from The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong in 2022. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate studies in Business Administration at Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia.[2]
Career
Elaine has about ten years of experience in the jewellery industry. She decided to start her very own jewellery brand in 2018, with the desire to create beautiful jewellery products with affordable prices. She seeks to encourage women empowerment through all her endeavours and products.
She has received numerous international awards for her innovative approach and achievements for over 11 years, such as Hong Kong Outstanding Young Entrepreneur, Hong Kong Cultural and Creative Industry Awards, Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Award etc.
She was appointed to The Small and Medium Enterprises Committee (SMEC), Mainland China Inbound Tour Affairs Committee, Publication Committee and Panel of Film Censorship Advisers. She is keen on youth affairs; therefore, she convened and established the Youth Innovation Development Charity with activities, lectures and public speeches (such as TEDx Talk) providing more information about start-ups and entrepreneurship as well as encouraging youth to develop innovative minds.[3]
