His father's name is Md.Nazrul Islam, mother's name is Mariam Akter. They are three brothers and one sister. His elder brother's name is Mohibbullah and his younger brother's name is Mahbub Alam and his sister's name is Fatema Akter. His elder brother Mohibbullah Hafez and Musical artist. Mohsin is married to Zakia Sultana (6th July 2021).
