Cesar Altieri Sayoc is an American who was arrested on October 26, 2018, on suspicion that he played a role in a high-profile mail-bomb plot.

Background

The Associated Press reported he had "a history of arrests".[1] Sayoc arrests included one for making bomb threats, in 2002.[2] The Miami New Times reports he was active in social media, where he was known for his extreme views.[3]
