explanation
User:Nick-D removed most of the material on James Stacy Adams, claiming it was unreferenced or unimportant. I believe Nick-D's comments suggest he thought it would be allowed to remove relevant material on US torturers where those charged with conducting the official inquired had failed to hold the torturers to account.
