Early Life

Urja turned to writing personal diaries as a way to express herself and discovered that it was a expressive medium in which she could express herself freely. Urja's father has an extensive book collection, and she attributes her passion for art and literature to her parents. Her parents have always been avid readers. Urja Joshi spent her childhood writing, expressing herself through words, and reading books. she recalls that her first goal in life was to take her writing on a larger scale. She started writing professionally by creating an Instagram account and sharing little excerpts of her works there.
