Ashikin attended Chandipasha High School and left in 2007, He later graduated from the [University of Dhaka] in 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Business (BBA) in [Business Administration] and a Master of Business (MBA) in [Marketing] during that time.
Career and Accomplishments
City Bank In 2018, Ashikin joined City Bank as a Management Trainee (Graduate Associate) when he gained holistic banking & [financial] knowledge and experience through 1 year long rotational attachments to different divisions of the Bank. Ashikin also worked at the Corporate Banking Division of the Bank. Later he moved to Islamic Banking to Launch City [Islamic] (Islamic Banking Wing of City Bank). During the tenure with City Bank, Ashikin launched several innovative Islamic Corporate & SME finance products for the bank.

Ashikin left Banking to join the Startup Industry. He started as a Portfolio Manager of REDX but later he was promoted to the Strategic Projects of the company for fundraising where he had tremendous success. Ashikin got the opportunity to work closely with the Founder of the company and unlocked the first-ever Islamic Finance Local fund for the commodity business of the biggest B2B startup in the [country]. He continues to initiate new projects to unlock local funds for the growth of the startup.
