Makes edits that harass intimidate or disparage others. Attacks users on WikiAlpha and disparages users on Wikipedia and disparages Wikipedia itself.

Among other behaviors, attacks and harasses anyone who reverses or reports their edits. Blanks reports on admin talk pages. Threatens admins and anyone who opposes them. May state outright their purpose is to fight with their "sworn enemies." Brags about the wonderfulness of their constructive edits and yet no such are likely to be seen. Almost all main space edits and main space talk edits disparage Wikipedia and Wikipedia users. Has a particular hatred and resentment of XXBlackburnXx and will accuse anyone who opposes them of being a XXBlackburnXx's sockpuppet.
