Giada T. Chen (born October 10, 1995) is an Italian-Chinese entrepreneur known for her contributions to the fields of business, finance, and hospitality. She is the CEO of Gdc Trade Solutions Srl and Royal Matchpoint, and is recognized as one of the most influential business and finance influencers of her generation.[1]

Chen was born in Bologna, Italy, on October 10, 1995. She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Business and Management at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Subsequently, she pursued a Master's in Business & Administration from the University Sole 24 Ore Business School in Milan.[2]
Career
Chen's career began while she was still a student. In 2014, she worked with the Casinò di Venezia, where she managed VIP clientele for international poker tournaments. During this time, she also ventured into modeling and appeared in the April editorial of Vogue Italia.[3]
In 2016, Chen transitioned to the luxury furnishing sector, serving as an Export Manager. She later assumed leadership roles at prominent companies such as Turri SPA and Provasi Srl, where she played key roles in strategic operations and international business development.[4]
In 2021, amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, Chen ventured into trading, working with Brazil Trading to export medical supplies globally. Her achievements led to her appointment as Vice President of Spas Srl in March 2022, where she doubled the company's EBITDA within a year.[5]
Chen's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own Import & Export company in early 2023, specializing in business consultancy and the sale of tax credits. Additionally, she expanded her endeavors into the hospitality industry, facilitating property acquisitions for foreign investment firms.
