Surgeon is a homage to the Decepticon Scalpel. He turns from robot to siege tank or scanner.
Development
Keith's Fantasy Club released renders of Surgeon online in November 2013.[1]
Captured put Surgeon up for preorder in December 2013.[2]
Surgeon was released in May 2014.

Mugan Exsect appears in the Transistor pack-in comic story ...You Won't Believe the Things I Can Do Now!. [3]
Mugan Exsect appears in the Doubledeck pack-in comic story as a member of the Mugan Clan.

- Surgeon is a recolor and remold of Micro Robo, who has a new head, chest and weapons. He turns from robot to tank or scanner. He comes with two pistols.
