WikiAlpha's Random Page Button's Transformers Bias
When clicked, the "Random page" button in the sidebar of the WikiAlpha website is highly likely to direct the user to a page relating to the Transformers franchise. These pages mostly discuss characters and their respective toys and action figures. They are almost entirely created and edited by the WikiAlpha user "Mathewignash".[1] The reason behind this phenomenon is due to the fact that this user dedicates a large amount of their time into creating these pages as they are evidently a fan of the franchise; they had originally attempted to post their articles on Wikipedia but these were often considered "non-notable" so they decided to create them here, as mentioned in their user page.
This page describing the bias will become inaccurate once WikiAlpha obtains more articles relating to other topics.
