In his 33 years in the real estate business, Roger Pettingell never experienced a year like 2020. It was a time like no other in the Sarasota-area housing market, fraught with challenges due to COVID-19. In spite of this, Pettingell adapted to meet the needs of his clients and set a career record - closing $175.6 million in closed individual sales volume for the year.
