Reconstruct

In Mobile Suit NEBULA, the term Metacell refers to a person within the program who possess the capacity to generate and control a massive, weaponized digital construct, dubbed a Nebulangel. Metacells(as well as Nebula itself)are deemed a threat to "society and the nature of humanity", and as such, the governments of the world have resorted to creating mechanized, manned combat platforms known as mobile suits.

Nebulangel

A Nebulangel is a virtual entity created by a Metacell. They are often borne from a person's resolve and/or goals(i.e: Nadine, Larisse, and several other Metacells possess "the will of disorder and turmoil")
