Early Life

Qin Fen King is a Chinese millennial who went famous in 2015 for his involvement in cars. Qin Fen has a large collection of supercars; he is an avid car collector. His collection included but is not limited to: a white McLaren P1, a one-off Koenigsegg Agera R, a McLaren 650s, Porsche 918, and a matte black G65 AMG. Although these fast cars have the ability to make anyone feel shocked and astounded, Qin Fen’s passion for automobiles does not stop here. He also is a proud owner of a jet and even a submarine. This means that he can travel virtually anywhere through air, land, and even water. [1][2][3] He caught the attention of international and national news when he was unfortunately involved in a car accident. He crashed his Ferrari LaFerrari on a highway in Shanghai when he hit the side rails. This was very unfortunate as there are only reportedly 499 models of this specific car and only 7 cars of this model were present in Asia at this time, including the one Qin Fen had. This car was worth around $1.4 million when it was brand new. It is thought that the reason for the accident was that it was raining and there were strong winds. This meant that the road was wet and slippery, this caused Qin Fen’s car to crash. Luckily, no one was injured in this car crash. Unfortunately, Qin Fen’s car was totaled. The car’s nose was blown apart, the front suspension was found damaged, the bodywork on the left was broken and rear suspension was found to be completely broken off. The car is said to be powered by a naturally aspirated 6.3-liter V-12 together with an electric motor, so to achieve a combined 950 hp to the rear wheels. The top speed is 350km/h and it goes to 100km/h from 0km/h in only 2.7 seconds.[4][5]

Although Qin Fen loves supercars, he also has a special place in his heart for gaming, especially eSports. He was also the proud owner of Team King, which was considered one of the biggest professional teams in the whole of China. It was reported that the team was taking over the Pro League of League of Legends.

Qin Fen is also the chairman of Shanghai Fen Rong Investment Company. The company was founded in 2012 and specializes in a lot of entertaining and informative dimensions such as eSports, Sports, Culture, Film, Technology, and more. The company has formed KINGS basketball club, KINGS Racing Team, KINGS electronic club. Due to their team’s great players and management, they have had the honor of winning a lot of competitions under their name. Like the preference of Qin Fen’s investments suggests, he loves to play basketball.[6]

From August 8 to August 11, 4 Chinese teams and 12 international teams will compete in the 4-day KOK World Basketball Tournament at Shanghai Baoshan Sports Center. The total prize pool of this tournament is US$300,000 (about 2 million RMB), and the champion team of the tournament will receive a prize of US$150,000 (about 1 million RMB).

The KINGS Basketball Club, established in 2013, has participated in more than 200 national events. In 2017 alone, he won many honors including the national championship of the elite club group of the 2017 Ice Age • Urban Legend Basketball Tournament, the championship of the 2017 JUMP10 National Streetball Invitational Tournament, and the championship of the 2017 Sina 3X3 Golden League Shanghai Division. Personal Life

On April 2nd, the KING OF KINGS King of Kings World Basketball Tournament (hereinafter referred to as KOK) was officially launched in Shanghai. The event is open to folk basketball fans around the world and will be played from about 15,000 players from 12 countries around the world. 16 teams are selected to come to Shanghai every summer to compete for the KOK global championship. "Do the event, or not, do the best you can.

"I liked basketball since I was a child. The elementary school I attended didn't have a basketball court at that time, so I would often sneak over the iron gate to a nearby technical school to play with the technical school students there." Qin Fen recalled, "I went to the school later. The first interest class I signed up for after junior high school was also basketball.” In 2013, Qin Fen funded his own KINGS basketball club. While recruiting, Qin Fen himself participated in more than 300 domestic basketball games as a club member. The competition has won several championships.[8][9][10]
