Passerine has partnered with Ultra-Guard Fabric Protection to offer customers a way to protect their vintage rugs from stains and sun fading: a professional application of Ultra-Guard's STAIN FREE protector. Ultra-Guard's stain protection solution is the preferred choice by interior designers and home decor vendors.[3] Passerine uses it on their rugs. It is non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, and eco-friendly.

Unlike other stain protectors, Ultra-Guard does not yellow over time and does not affect the rug's colors at all. Clients who select this optional service will have their rugs professionally sprayed before shipment.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of order placement. Orders which include Ultra-Guard Fabric Protection treatment are shipped within 5-7 business days of order placement, to allow sufficient time for rugs to be treated and to dry thoroughly.[4] All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and require a signature at the time of delivery.

Returns Policy

Due to the vintage, one-of-a-kind nature of the products, all sales are final. Any advertised promotions or discounts are only valid in the timeline in which they are held and cannot be applied to past or future orders.

All products of Passerine are vintage or antique.[5] Vintage products are worn in nature and may contain blemishes, which gives each product its one-of-a-kind appeal and therefore cannot be considered defective.
